An ideal cocktail for spring and summer menus. Sharp rhubarb, mixed with citrus and soda. Choose to make this cocktail with gin, or otherwise exclude gin for an alcohol-free cocktail.
Ingredients
- 25ml Gin
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Rhubarb Syrup
- 35ml Cranberry juice
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- Soda
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Build and stir.
2. Serve garnished with a rhubarb ribbon or edible paint.
PRO TIP: Remove the gin for an alcohol free version of this cocktail.
