15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Cane Syrup
6-10 mint leaves
Splash of soda

Method:
1. Add all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
2. Top with soda and more crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and mint.
TOP TIP: Don’t muddle the mint, keep the leaves intact but gently slap them to release aromas. Muddling will result in a murky mojito with bitter flavour notes.
