Extremely fresh and light cocktail, incorporating mango, mint, cucumber and pineapple. Inspired by the traditional tequila chaser from Mexico.
Ingredients
- 3 Cucumber slices
- 6 Mint leaves
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Mango Purée
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- Soda
- Optional: Add 50ml tequila or rum for a boozy version
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Shake all the ingredients, apart from the soda, in a shaker.
2. Strain into a highball and top with soda.
