UK’s most popular cocktail, invented in the LAB bar in Soho some 20 years ago, but not showing its age at all! Tart passion fruit, mixed with vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur and a touch of sugar. Served with a shot of fizz to elevate and engage the guest.
Ingredients
35ml Vanilla vodka
15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit Liqueur
15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Cane Syrup
50ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit Purée

Method:
1. Shake all ingredients, excluding the shot of prosecco, over ice and strain into a coupe or martini glass.
2. Serve garnished with ½ passion fruit and a shot of prosecco on the side.
PRO TIP: For a more sustainable option, we would recommend using dehydrated fruit or freeze dried fruit powder to garnish instead of the passion fruit.
