Jam up the heat in this classic twist on the Zombie. Spiced rums, chilli, a touch of orange will shock and please the taste buds.
Ingredients
- 10ml Ancho Reyes Chilli Liqueur
- 50ml Golden rum
- 35ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit Purée
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Oleo Saccharum Syrup
- 25ml Pineapple juice
- ½ red chilli pepper (or scotch bonnet)
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a tiki mug/highball.
2. Garnish with a wafer cone topped with ½ passion fruit shell (filled with 5ml Wray and Nephew), mint and pineapple leaves.
3. Set the passion fruit alight before serving and sprinkle with cinnamon.
