Refreshing and fiery twist on the classic Pimms Cup. Serve as a single serve or multiply for a quick low ABV and utterly delicious sharer.
Ingredients
- 100ml Pimms
- 100ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit Purée
- 50ml FUNKIN COCKTAILSSugar Cane Syrup
- 5 strawberries
- 1 bottle of ginger beer
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Add all the ingredients, apart from the strawberries, into a carafe or pitcher over ice.
2. Quarter the strawberries, add to the carafe and stir.
3. Serve the carafe with several wine glasses.
PRO TIP: Divide the ingredients by 4 to add a single-serve option to your menu.
