A slightly richer, fruitier and bolder twist on the classic Kir will make an excellent addition to your festive offering.
Ingredients
- 25ml Chambord
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Blackberry Purée
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lemon
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Cane Syrup
- Prosecco to top
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Build and stir in a highball over ice.
2. Serve with a sprig of mint, seasonal berries and grated zest.
PRO TIP: Replace prosecco with soda water or ginger beer for a Low ABV option.
