A zesty and refreshing face-lift on the classic Aperol Spritz. Gently acidity and tropical notes contributed by Passion Fruit make this fizz particularly juicy and moreish.
Ingredients
- 15ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 35ml Aperol
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Passion Fruit Syrup
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lemon
- Prosecco
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a highball glass and top up with sparkling wine.
2. Garnish with orange zest oils (zest discarded).
