Amongst the best loved rum cocktails around the country. A vigorous combination of a range of different rums, mixed with orange, pineapple and grenadine. Complex, spiced and delicious.
Ingredients
- 15ml Spiced rum
- 15ml Dark rum
- 15ml Overproof rum (e.g. Wray and Nephew)
- 15ml Gold rum
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml Orange juice
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lime
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Grenadine Syrup
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Build the ingredients in a highball glass over cubed ice.
2. Serve garnished with a wedge and leaves of pineapple.
