One of the most popular cocktails in the world. Creamy, rich and fruity with undeniable coconut flavours paired with pineapple and boosted by rum.
Ingredients
- 50ml Gold rum
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Lime
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Syrup
- 35ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Coconut Purée
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard and strain into a highball or hurricane glass.
3. Serve garnished with a lime, orange or pineapple wedge.
PRO TIP: If you want to experiment with frozen Piña Coladas, add an additional 15ml of sugar syrup per cocktail to maintain the flavour balance and consistency.
