Quite a few steps to make it… BUT this drink is so worth it! 5 white spirits, mixed with lemon and a splash of cola.
Ingredients
- 15ml Vodka
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Gin
- 15ml Tequila
- 15ml White rum
- 25ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Pure Pour Lemon
- 15ml FUNKIN COCKTAILS Sugar Cane Syrup
- Top with cola
- PURÉE & SYRUP
- COCKTAIL MIXER
- Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice and top with cola which will then form a darker layer.
2. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
PRO TIP: Pre-batch all of the spirits for service, if you offer Long Island Iced Tea on the menu. This way you will significantly increase speed of service as well as minimise wastage.
