Ingredients

  • 50ml Aged / Dry Rum
  • 25ml FUNKIN Pure Pour Lemon
  • 37.5ml FUNKIN Pomegranate Purée
  • 12.5ml Ginger Syrup
  • 12.5ml Honey Syrup
  • 5ml Mescal Float

Preparation

Step 1

Shake all the ingredients except for the mescal with ice until the shaker is ice cold.

Step 2

Strain the liquid into the tumbler and float the mescal on top of the drink.

Step 3

Garnish with a dried slice of lemon.
